Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it as follows:

  • Returns (B2C customers) are accepted up to 14 days after delivery.
  • Please notify us of your return in advance via info@beyoona.nl or using the form on this page.
  • Please send the item in its original packaging, handle it with care, and make sure it is properly stamped, to the return address. You are therefore responsible for the shipping costs.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit for returns that are not properly packaged, are damaged, or show signs of use.
  • As soon as we receive the return shipment, we will send a confirmation via email. Once your return has been approved, we will refund the amount to the account you used for payment within 5 business days.
